Let God take control.

Story of a barren wife. Failed many times in tests and medicines. Hoping against hope. Then one day, February 14, she felt something. She began to crave for mangoes, loves sleeping - "naglilihi." Then, she was saying, "this is it. This is it." After 5 days, they learned that she was not pregnant. The doctor said that there's nothing they can do. All the tests were done. That was the saddest part in her life. She cannot work right, she cannot sleep well, cannot eat well. Everytime she attends mass, she would go sobbing and tears would just flow from her eyes. One night her husband came and saw her lying in bed. And the husband hugged her and said, I'm here I'm here. Then she said to him, love, it's very easy for God right? He can easily make me pregnant. Bakit ayaw pa nya? At that moment, when she was questioning God, she realised she was not actually letting God in control. She was in control. So she said, Lord, I give all to you. She surrendered everything to God. After that she felt relieved. Like a heavy burden was taken from her.
After 5 months, she got pregnant. And after 9 months after her first baby, she got pregnant again for their next child, a boy.
Let God take control.
Sometimes there are people like in the story. Unless I marry this woman, unless I will get married, unless I get rid of my wife, unless I go to states, unless I have a baby, I will never be happy.
You are more important than your dream.
This should be our prayer, Lord even if I will not have a baby, even if I will not get married, even if I will not have a new cellphone or car or house or more money. I will still be happy. Because I believe that my best days are ahead. And you will give me the best for me.
Your have to surrender to god. Because god have prepared what is best for you. You have to trust him amidst that storm. When you surrender to god, your pains, weaknesses, illnesses and diseases, financial needs, failures, peace will come into your life. Love will come. Life will come to you.
God bless!

Since last year, the shrine has been accepting individuals and families under quarantine during the event of the pandemic.        Through the joint program of the Oblates of Mary Immaculate (OMI) and Kidapawan City government, LSIs and PUMs are quarantined in the OMI retreat house, identified as one of the quarantine centers. In Kidapawan City, only a number of centers have been assigned for such delicate role of accepting person under quarantine.        The decision was made by Bp. It was a huge decision for the OMI congrega

Destiny

Sometimes THINGS happen almost repeatedly, one mistake today and tomorrow the same mistake you fall. And unbelievably they happen so fast but you can't track them anytime. Seriously! This is really sick! I always make the same mistake knowing that they are going the same route and end in the same feeling.  My heart once advised that the next time it happen it would be a different game, a different feeling of excitement but sadly I was wrong. I still missed the last spark to make the feeling into reality, making the ending open like a movie always creating another sequel to finally seize the whole picture and story. But, maybe there are things that just won’t work out for some people. Instead there are other things that are just meant for them. Well, I heard this from people, and they call it destiny. Crap! If this is what destiny for me, then holy crap! I just can’t figure out how to move next time. Why can’t I just make the perfect move now? I’m not comparing but some people can
